The purpose of an initial consultation is for the attorney to advise you, the prospective client what, if anything, may be done for you, and what the minimum fee for the work will be. The purpose is not to render a definitive legal opinion as it may be impossible to fully assess a matter within the time frame allotted for a consultation or with the (information or documents) that you may be able to provide at the initial consultation.<\/p>\n

Please note that this consultation DOES NOT establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed once you have signed a contract for representation with this firm and have paid the retainer fee.<\/p>\n

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as requested by our clients or as required by law.We restrict access to personal information concerning you, except to our employees, consultants, and co-counsels who need such information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information.<\/p>\n

Following your initial interview, if you agree to hire Arora Law P.C. (\u201cLaw Firm\u201d), and the Law Firm agrees to represent the client, the firm\u2019s representative, and the client will both sign an Agreement for Representation. The Agreement for Representation will set forth the terms and conditions of the representation.<\/p>\n

Please note, if your legal problem(s) involve a potential lawsuit, it is important that you realize a lawsuit must be filed within a certain period of time called a Statute of Limitations. Therefore, the firm strongly urges you to immediately consult with another attorney or law firm to protect your rights if you decided not to hire Arora Law P.C. or if the Law Firm decided not to represent you. If the firm decided not to represent you, the firm\u2019s decision not to represent you should not be taken by you as an expression regarding the merits of your case.<\/p>\n

New clients meet with an attorney for an intake consultation prior to retaining the firm. The consultation is billed at the hourly rate of $350 per hour after the free initial consultation forongoing work. The free initial consultation is a thirty-minute meeting. Should you decide to retain the Law Firm after the initial consultation, the Law Firm will request a retainer to be deposited into the Law Firm\u2019s trust account. The retainer amount is based on the complexity and anticipated requirements of your case. The retainer is held in trust by our office and is used to pay for any fee or cost incurred.<\/p>\n
